Set in the not so distant future, an angry and angsty Norwegian rock band grapples with the state of America and their own band's identity, while trying to move their music to the next level. Both hilarious and frightening, the play contains moments of desire and danger along with original music created by the talented cast starring: Halle Charlton, Kent Coleman*, Nicholas-Tyler Corbin, Andrea Lynn Green*, and Joe Jung*.

"What a fun ride with the totally original, super creative, fiercely unique, and not at all regurgitated, not based on something else: “Bergen” the play. A gripping backstage dramadey about a European rock band wonderfully and woefully worshipping The American Dream, this piece directed by the incomparable Kathy Gail MacGowan is subtly sexy and boasts an impeccably engaging ensemble cast. From the opening chord to the bridge, all the way through to the chorus and final note - this breath of fresh air of a rocky yet rhythmic story never skips a heartbeat." Devo Nelson, Hokum Arts
